October 19, 2010: JTAS Returns!

Loren Wiseman announced:

"The online Journal of the Travellers' Aid Society will resume bi-weekly publication today, Tuesday, October 19th, 2010. I have recovered enough from my bypass surgery that I can take on the yoke of editorial duties once again, but I want to go slow, so there will only be two articles per issue until I feel up to undertaking more. I hope the inconvenience to the gentle readers has not been too great."
